We offer a 7-day trial period for new customers. During this period, you can explore our services without any charges. If you choose to continue using our service after the trial period, the subscription fee will be charged automatically.

Refund Eligibility

Refunds are subject to the following conditions:

Usage Limitations: No refund will be issued if you have exceeded 10% of your monthly usage limits. We monitor usage to ensure that all customers adhere to their subscription plans.

Refunds for Non-Use: If you have not utilized our service within the first 10 days of your subscription, you are eligible for a 70% refund of the subscription fee. The remaining 30% of the fee will be retained to cover costs related to account setup, registration, and any commissions associated with establishing your service.

Exceptions to Refunds

No refunds will be issued under the following circumstances:

  • You have exceeded 10% of your monthly usage limits.
  • You have used the service for more than 10 days.
