Eligibility:
To become an affiliate with Snippets AI, you must meet the following criteria:

- Have a website or platform where you can promote our services.

Affiliate Responsibilities:
- Affiliates are expected to promote Snippets AI through ethical and transparent marketing practices.
- Affiliates must adhere to our brand guidelines and accurately represent our products and services to their audience.
- Affiliates are encouraged to engage with our team for support, guidance, and collaboration opportunities.
- Not engaging in any deceptive or misleading marketing practices.

Commissions and Payouts:
- Commissions are calculated based on successful referrals of Moneo AI and Snippets AI.
- Payouts are processed on a regular basis, ensuring timely and transparent compensation for affiliates' efforts.
- Payouts are processed on the 20th of each month for all commissions you earned during the previous month.
- The minimum payout threshold is $100. Once Affiliates commissions reach or exceed this amount, Affiliate will be eligible for payout during the next payment cycle.
Term and Termination:
The affiliate partnership with Snippets AI operates on an ongoing basis, with the flexibility to opt out at any time. Snippets AI reserves the right to terminate an affiliate's participation in the program at any time for violation of these policies or for any other reason deemed necessary. Snippets AI reserves the right to terminate the affiliate relationship in cases of non-compliance with our policies or unethical promotional practices. By participating in the Snippets AI affiliate program, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to the terms outlined in this policy.
The Affiliate acknowledges that all Intellectual Property, including but not limited to trademarks, logos, trade names, and copyrights associated with the brand, are the exclusive property of Snippets AI.
